Community Involvement

At Middleton & Meads we believe in being a good “Corporate Citizen”. We help our communities so that they in turn can help our citizens succeed. Many of our employees are from the surrounding areas of our shop so we hope to improve the communities that our employees live in. We are involved in several charities in the area including:

• Leadership Through Athletics, a non-profit in the Lansdowne area that helps young people in the area.
• South Baltimore Learning Center, which helps educate disadvantaged adults.
• The National Federation of the Blind, whose headquarters are just blocks from our Hanover street location.
• St. Agnes Hospital.
• The Girl Scouts of America.
• The Cherry Hill Eagles, a local prep football team.
• The Southern District Police Department of Baltimore’s Police and Community Council.
• The Allen Center for senior citizens.

By helping these charities and others in our area Middleton & Meads believes that we can make Baltimore and the Beltsville/DC area better places to work and live.
